1. Visit construction sites to collect measurements and dimensions as needed.2. Checks plans.3. Transform AUTOCAD drawings into 3D drawings.4. Design plans using computer-aided design and drafting (CAD & 3D Maxwith V-ray) software.5. Create interior drawings based on specifications, calculations andsketches.6. Prepare detailed interior architect drawings for residential andcommercial, offices...etc. of projects from rough sketches andspecifications created by engineers and architects to ensure thatconstruction project is in accordance with design specifications.7. Specify dimensions, materials, interior specifications, codes, space tocreate interior design by themselves or referring to the designer.8. Prepare multiple versions of designs for review by designers.9. Calculate dimensions, quantity and allowances with accurate precision.10. Revise drawings and layouts to accommodate changes and enhancements.11. Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time totime depending to the need.12. Work under the supervision of designers or architects
