1- Updating Leasing plans, in a weekly basis, for a task in a constant change.?Verify the latest version of each Shopping Mall of the leasing shop (tenant) mix with the architectural and structural plans. Areas of the shops stores kiosk and chargeable zones, plus service areas, mall streets and plazas will be permanently updating to compare GLA and BUILD UP AREA..2- Detailing of the sketching. Plans, sections or elevations details from hand-sketch into a cad file, to proceed to a formal transmittal.3- Assisting design proposal for particular design conflicts between or a specific tenant, or in a general area of the Mall, indoor or outdoor.4- Assisting design and briefing proposal for future developments.?Cad support for calculating areas, checking graphic report data and producing repetitive actions (parking or structural modules sequences).?
