Role Overview:Provide on-site support for Huawei DPI/PCRF network and products for three years. Responsibilities include fault management, troubleshooting, routine maintenance, and knowledge transfer to the customer.Key Responsibilities:Manage DPI fault escalation and resolution as Back Office (BO).Perform on-site troubleshooting and routine health checks.Ensure smooth DPI operations through traffic classification, QoS, and application control.Conduct knowledge transfer to the customer?s team.Track and resolve escalated issues in coordination with Huawei support.
