The Supply Planning Supervisor is responsible for leading the development of the distribution and inventory plan which will drive the sales, finished goods inventory, and financial cash plans, balancing the customer service, finished goods inventory and cost goals.Position Functions:1. Analyze the sales forecast and make the replenishment plan for finish goods.2. Analyze the stock on hand, Qty sold, lead time and compare with actual Sales from budgeted3. Develop and communicate Daily/ weekly / monthly production plans based on demand to meet overall customer service levels as well as finished goods inventory and non-quality cost targets.4. Manage timing of replenishmentCollaborate with cross functional SC ie: (Packaging/ NPD/ factory) to support innovation, capacity, and efficiency: Leading continuous improvement initiatives and Problem -Solving cases
