Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Doctors to lead, execute, and oversee the hair transplant operation. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest standards of patient care, compliance with regulatory guidelines, and perform medical procedures with rigor and professionalism, adhering to protocols and all applicable Good Clinical Practice Criteria.

  • Perform hair transplants according to current protocols.
  • Comply with current ethical, deontological, and legal rules.
  • Ensure adherence to the appointment schedule to avoid patient waiting times.
  • Coordinate with the Clinical Director for scheduling medical procedures.
  • Perform and/or coordinate the performance of medical procedures (consultations, hair treatments, and Hair Transplant treatments).
  • Coordinate Hair Transplant treatments with the nursing team.
  • Validate the patients Clinical process.
  • Provide and explain pre-Hair Transplant care, including information on prior clinical tests.
  • Conduct pre- and post-operative consultations.
  • Ensure the patient is clinically informed about the Hair Transplant and obtains their acceptance through the signing of the Informed Consent.
  • Prescribe pre- and post-operative therapy.
  • Perform the Hair Transplant procedure, in coordination with the nursing team, from pre-operative preparation, anesthesia administration, intervention, and post-intervention care/follow-up.
  • Compile the patients clinical history and ensure all records and activity validations are completed in the patients clinical file.
  • Report clinical occurrences to the Clinical Director.
