Job Description

Our telecommunications company is seeking a Distribution Center Officer to join our team. As the Distribution Center Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our logistics and distribution center. Your primary focus will be on ensuring goods are received, stored, and dispatched in a timely and accurate manner, while maintaining a safe and organized working environment for our team.   • Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a safe and organized working environment within the distribution center.
  • Develop and implement effective inventory management policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all goods are accurately identified, handled, packaged, and labeled.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including inventory accuracy, order accuracy, and on-time delivery performance.
  • Manage a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing enhancements to distribution center operations.
