Job Description

About the job:As a Dispatcher, your will be our image and the front-line soldier, you will be coordination between Customers and driversMain Responsibilities:

  • Support Chauffeur Dispatcher on given requests/tasks required.
  • Driver support, by phone (WhatsApp groups, telegram, or any other way)
  • Make sure driver/vehicle ready for order/request.
  • Answers customer?s questions with regards to length of trip, cost, and all type of services available.
  • Report all conflicts or disputes to Chauffeur supervisor.
  • Ensure the driver welcoming and provides excellent service to our client.
