Job Description

Urgently required Project Development Director for a Saudi leading constructions company the job location will be in AR Riyadh with the below requirements:

  • a techno-commercial candidate who has come from an engineering and project management background or business commercial and financial background but has extensive exposure to developments with engineering and construction nature.
  • a Bachelor degree in one of the above disciplines and post graduate degree or relevant certification.
  • A minimum of 15 years? experience is required of which a minimum of 5 years in the same role in reputable companies.
  • Project development and investment according to IPP, PPP in the fields of Energy, Utility, Infrastructure. Preferably in Saudi Arabia or Middle East.??
  • EPC Contracting in the field of Power, Water Oil & Gas and Industrial projects and different infrastructure projects.
  • Familiarity with procurement models such as unit rate, EPC, LSTK, PPP, BOT types of contract.
  • Familiarity with the ecosystem and supply chain of businesses related to project development including clients, suppliers, advisors and consultants
