Job Description

A˙Global retailer is hiring a Director, Property Management. Based out of their Riyadh corporate office, and reporting to the Vice President of Development.You will manage and lead all property-related issues, and act as a focal point between the organization, property management & owners.

  • Contribute and participate in the development of divisional strategies, business plans, and budgets in order to develop a department strategy aligned with the organization?s overall strategies, directions, and business needs.
  • Manage allocated annual departmental budget by controlling expenditures, cost reduction initiatives, and reporting variances in actual versus budget to ensure effective cost management.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor objectives and KPIs to align with business goals.
  • Initiate, and monitor store franchise agreements to ensure contract renewal takes place on time and does not affect store operations.
  • Manage and oversee agreements and contracts with owners of employee residential buildings. Manage and review payments schedule in coordination with the Finance Department.
  • Identify and pursue new initiatives aimed at taking advantage of the company?s R/E portfolio to generate additional sources of revenue - ATMs, sub-leasing, etc.
  • Manage the communication with related owners for re-imaging projects to ensure effective coordination and to guarantee requests are handled effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Consult and coordinate with company lawyers and consultants regarding legal affairs related to Property Management.
  • Build and maintain effective, relationships with landlords and location owners.
