Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia but required to travel to other operational destinations in the Middle East region.ÿ

  • ride and attraction availability
  • operational and contractual compliance
  • management and deployment of staff resource
  • front of house customer experience services and customer satisfaction
  • customer, client and stakeholder communications and relations
  • accurate tracking of ride user numbers
  • ensuring maximum revenue generation
  • management of Ride Control teams
  • daily, weekly, and monthly activity and performance reporting
  • management and administration of our offices
  • with a successful track record in hospitality or entertainments, ideally but not essentially in theme parks
