Your Role: The ideal candidate is a highly analytical leader who will join our clients senior management team. You will be responsible for leading the companys day-to-day business operations (managing the company budget, ensuring operational compliance is followed, and addressing administrative issues). Playing a pivotal role in establishing vision, strategies, and growth plans for the cinema operations. Develop and deploy systems, procedures, and operating matrix that is service-based. Collaborating closely across functions you would look to develop new products, services. Review, establish SOPs, and conduct operational audits. You would own the financial and manpower planning.
