Build, Manage and lead the Content and Catalog teams.? Create guidelines, standards, and best practices for new product listings, and contentcreation.? Onboard relevant agencies, and studios for Localization, photoshoots, and contentdevelopment? Manage day-to-day operations of Catalog production including ContentCreation, Translation, Photo-shoot, Styling, Image Editing and QC.? Build SOPs for QC, process efficiency, and catalog quality.? Coordinate with the PM and tech teams to automate the processes to improve the teams efficiencies.? Own the data quality, browse classification, taxonomy performance, define andorganize our customer shopping experience.Qualifications:? 10-12 years with sector-specific experience.? Demonstrated experience recruiting, building, structuring, and leading contentorganizations, including performance management? Excellent organizational and analytical skills? Ability to take an entrepreneurial approach and work in ambiguity.? Passion for the mission to build and create for markets.? Very proactive/ hands-on with a strong ownership mentality to take on tasks andprovide solutions?
