Dear Candidate,We are looking to hire HR - Director for a leading & highly reputable player, one of the largest automotive groups in KSA for Riyadh location.Our client is a prominent family business group of Saudi Arabia that has a longstanding association with the Automotive sector.As their Automotive vertical is going through a transformation led by handpicked professionals from the industry, they are looking for an HR Director with outstanding people skills to support the Group CEO in change management from the HR angle.The director, who will manage a headcount of 300, shall ensure that the human resources programs and initiatives are effective, efficient, and aligned to overall business objectives.Duties for the HR director will include coordinating with CEOs of three companies falling under the Automotive vertical, enhancing employee satisfaction, devising KPIs and policies and procedures, supporting employee development, implementing HR strategies that support business objectives, forecasting staffing needs, mitigating risk, structuring benefit packages, maintaining employee records, managing budgets, designing accountability mechanisms, and overseeing overall employment needs.
