The Director - Customer Products and Martech will lead the development, delivery, and management of customer-facing digital products and marketing technology (martech) solutions.The ideal candidate will be a strategic technology leader with extensive experience in large, complex organisations, particularly in industries such as Real Estate & Property development, mega events, tourism, hospitality, entertainment, or airlines.Client DetailsOur client is one of the renowned Saudi Vision 2030 mega projects in the Real Estate and Property sector.This role will be based in Riyadh.DescriptionThe Director - Customer Products and Martech will be responsible for:Leadership and Strategy: Lead the strategy, development, and execution ofcustomer-facing products (websites, mobile platforms, etc.) and Martechsolutions, ensuring alignment with the organisations business objectives.Cross-functional Collaboration: Serve as a business partner to Marketing andCommercial teams, understanding their challenges and goals, and translatingthem into effective technology solutions.Martech and Customer Products Delivery: Oversee the implementation andongoing optimisation of critical Martech solutions, including CRM, CMS (e.g.,Sitecore, Adobe), CDP, event management platforms, Google Ads, and Sprinklrtools.Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Manage key technology vendors andservice providers, ensuring effective collaboration and timely delivery ofsolutions. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders acrossTechnology, Marketing, and Commercial departments.Technology Innovation: Evaluate emerging technologies and provide innovativesolutions to meet business needs, ensuring that technology solutions drivecommercial growth, enhance customer experiences, and improve operationalefficiency.Customer Experience Focus: Ensure all customer-facing products are designedwith the end user in mind, providing seamless, intuitive, and personalisedexperiences across digital platforms.Technology Integration: Lead the integration of various technology platforms,ensuring data consistency, seamless communication, and streamlinedprocesses between Martech tools, digital products, and back-end systems.Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of technology and productprofessionals, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills andresources to succeed.Performance and Analytics: Define and track key performance metrics forcustomer-facing products and Martech solutions, using data-driven insights toinform decisions and continuous improvements.Change Management: Lead the change management efforts related to theadoption of new technologies or processes, ensuring smooth transitions andbuy-in from key stakeholders.Risk Management: Proactively manage risks related to technology solutions,ensuring that data privacy, security, and compliance are prioritised in allinitiatives.ProfileThe Director - Customer Products and Martech will be/have:A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology,Business, or a related field. A Masters degree or relevant certifications (e.g.,PMP, Agile, CPM) is a plus.14 years+ of experience in technology leadership roles, with a strong focus ondelivering customer products, Martech, and digital transformation.Experience within large, complex organisations; ideally within mega projects,mega events, tourism, hospitality, entertainment, Real Estate and Property, or airlines industries.Martech Expertise: Extensive experience with customer-facing technologies andplatforms, including CRM (e.g., Salesforce), CMS (e.g., Sitecore, Adobe), CDPs,event management solutions, Sprinklr and Google Ads.Proven ability to develop
