  • Manage and execute the Assortment for FAHECOM in line with the Brand objectives as set out by the leadership and in line with the Omni-Channel experience of the organization.
  • Identify, engage and onboard Brands on site.
  • Product planning at category and SKU level by channel.
  • Maintain Parity with offline store assortments, merchandising and pricing.
  • Develop and improve vendor relations and drive / provide feedback on new selection.
  • Achieve or exceed the product trade out margin objectives as set out in business plans.
  • Contribute to the development of the brand in terms of promotion, event planning, business analysis and new product development.
  • Assist the implementation of the product sequencing and marketing guidelines and standards in line with the company and Brand policies and standards in collaboration with the offline strategy
  • Ensure the terms, conditions and rules of the franchise and lease agreements are duly implemented and respected.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor?s degree in Engineering,Finance, Business, or Management
  • Strong ownership, data analysis, problem solving and project management skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years? Experience in retail, category management, account management project management and/or consulting
  • Effectively manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
