Design Director - Technical will be directly reporting to Project Director and in liaison with Design Managers will be responsible for overall design delivery including engagement with Client / Stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership in Design management. Should be able to comprehend requirements in drawings.
To provide technical quality and support by ensuring that project outputs meet contractual obligations in terms of time frame, technical standard and quality.
Managing all the design/technical aspects of the project and coordination with the design teams of the project.
Management and Supervision of design teams.
Finalization of Design management, review, evaluation plan and methodology in consultation with Construction Engineering.
Oversee overall Design Management and undertake periodic progress reviews for ensuring project Deliverables.
Review design/construction drawings to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
