?Lead & Develop the Conceptual / FEED / Detailed designs of Fire Alarm & Detection systems for greenfield & brownfield projects according to national, international, and industrial codes & standards.?Coordinate with the project department at the site and clarify the queries related to approved fire alarm systems.?Good knowledge to design and estimate the Simplex, Notifier, Edwards and Hochiki fire alarm system?Involving in Site Survey activities and estimate & design the fire detection and alarm systems inline to the bid proposals for the various industries, Power plants & Substations projects.?Analyzing client requirements and projects specifications.?Prepares bid clarification questions and handles responses, and coordinates/chairs technical aspects of bid clarification meetings.?Instruct / guide / supervise the CAD staff remotely to prepare the complete Fire alarm system design drawings as per the standards & Client requirements.?Review the Fire Alarm and Detection System-related vendor drawings.?Prepares the calculations related to fire alarm systems (Voltage drop calculations for Notification devices, Battery calculations for Fire alarm control panels) and other required documents that are related to fire alarm systems such as Cause & Effect matrix and cable schedules.?Attend meetings for Design review, Technical Clarification with Client/Subcontractors.?Coordination with all disciplines (as necessary) in the preparation and development of the deliverables and ensuring those other disciplines inputs are incorporated for the assigned projects.?Ensures the submission of all drawings requiring squad checks for the assigned projects prior to client submission for approval.SALARY: DEPEND ON EXPERIENCETerms & Conditions:1.Accommodation, Transportation, Medical, Iqama, Return Ticket by company.2.Contract Period 02 years, after 2 years return ticket by company
