Job Description

The PositionThis Position is in Middle Management, with Job Title: Deputy Manager of the Factories.Job location: based in Riyadh, but will have business trips to Jeddah as well.Reporting to:BU Manager.Direct Reports:10-20 employees.Objective:Ensure the continued success and development of the Factories in line with the strategies and goals set by the BU Manager, on all fronts: Organization, Operations, Governance.Drive continuous improvement and optimization of all processes related to Operations, Production and Sales/Marketing. Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers? expectations.
  • Grow Revenues and control Expenses of the Factories.
  • Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.
  • Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping.
  • Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.
  • Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus on delivering higher Sales, improved Profits and enhanced Return on Investments.
  • Participate in the process of agreeing achievable business plans and targets within the approved objectives, strategies and frameworks.
  • Regularly monitor progress towards the achievement of these targets, department by department and apply amendments as necessary.
  • Share a trusting relationship with workgroup and recruit, manage and develop plant staff.
  • Collect and analyze data to find places of waste or overtime.
  • Commit to plant safety procedures.
  • Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.
  • Address employees? issues or grievances.
  • Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts.
