Plan, direct, and co-ordinate the operations of a business, division, department, or operating unit.
Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivated work environment, and creating innovative approaches for improvement.
Negotiation of all purchases and involvement in approving group procurement.
Prepares weekly price lists to be followed by salespeople, according to the sage (ERP System) costs and market price and approves special discounts in collaboration with Head of Finance/Commercial Approval Mandatory.
Performs other similar or related duties as required or assigned by senior management.
