Job Description

Objectives:Our client is a family-business company owns agricultural farms, on top of real estate assets rented to third parties in Saudi, is looking for a Deputy General Manager, to ensure the continued success and development of the company in line with the strategies and goals set by the shareholders. To manage the Organization on a-daily-basis, accelerate growth organically and to identify and evaluate expansion opportunities.Key responsibilities:

  • Daily Management of the Organization.
  • Direct, control and develop activities of the company with a view to optimising the profitable growth of the businesses, in line with agreed targets and budgets.
  • Participate in the preparation of strategic plans and the establishment of policies and presentation of the Results to the shareholders.
  • Develop and motivate the management team through effective organisation, selection, communication, delegation, appraisal, and training.
  • Participate in the process of agreeing achievable business plans and targets within the approved objectives and frameworks.
  • Regularly monitor progress towards the achievement of these targets, department by department and apply amendments, as necessary.
  • Ensure the continued success and development of the company.
  • Bring about and manage change within the organisation.
  • Grow Revenues of the organisation and control expenses in Saudi.
  • Represent the Company in front of third parties and local authorities.
