Key Responsibilities:úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿAssist in the preparation of monthly project reports and make presentations at meetings.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿSupport the preparation of claims, manage contractual changes with employer, subcontractors, suppliers etc.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿReview design consultant?s sub-contractors and suppliers claims for EOT and financial compensation and ensure compliance with the relevant agreements.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿMaintain Subcontractors claim register.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿLiaise and coordinate with technical department to capture all changes introduced through approval stage of design, IFC drawings and materials submittal and such maintain logs.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿPreparing responses to design consultant?s subcontractors & suppliers incoming letters.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿNotifying design consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers of delays.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿEvaluate quantum aspect of all claims.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿEnsure project members use the contract, and agreement entered with designer, sub- contractors and supplier correctly applied and provide advice whenever necessary.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿReview and propose amendments to design consultant/subcontract/ suppliers draft agreements.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿMonitoring and advising on compliance with contractual obligations, including revisions to existing agreements.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿAssist in drafting reports, referrals documents etc., and providing supporting role on disputes matters, legal proceeding, ADR etc., managed by appointed legal counsel.
