Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Chef de Partie in preparing and cooking high-quality dishes.
  • Support in supervising kitchen staff and coordinating food preparation activities.
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared according to the standard recipes and presentations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
  • Help in creating new menus and dishes.
  • Monitor food stock and place orders as needed.
  • Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Assist in training new kitchen staff.
