Overall Reference Job Purpose:Within the framework of the supply chain objectives, procedures, and yearly action plans:? Coordinate forecast activities, sustainable maturity levels of demand management process to support the core commercial cycle & supply chain operating model.? Support Demand Planning systems (Oracle / SAP) to ensure that data integrity and flow into supply systems is maintained? Manage flow of information between Demand and all stakeholders.Key Responsibilities and Assignments:? Establish, implement, and ensure compliance with company?s policies, procedures, standards systems and tools for Inventory management in line with the SC - PFC strategic operations? Collect forecast inputs on monthly basis (sales plan ? inventory level by SKU ? goods in transit ? lead time ? safety stock ? etc.)? Track Key KPI?s and root cause / track corrective action plans at the SKU level.? Assist in the product retirement and new product introduction process? Timely preparation of statistical forecast? Regular cooperation with stakeholders to understand business environment and align statistical forecast? Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities.? Communicate forecast and inventory estimations to management.? Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
