01. Assist the delivery manager with all project start-up and close-out issues.02. Close coordination with the division manager to identify the list of project requirements .03. Coordinate with project managers and division managers at the demobilization stage.12. Work with the project manager to make a list of problems so that it can be tracked and fixed when the project is done.13. Help the project manager figure out if the snag list is valid and if it fits within the scope of work in the contract.14. Deep diving into serious problems could make it harder for the group to figure out whats going on and come up with a solution.15. Give a list of the deliverables for the big project so that the delivery manager can keep an eye on it and control it from time to time.16. Work with the project managers and division managers to make sure the project is handed off correctly and that all demobilization action plans are carried out in the right way.17. Make sure that knowledge management lessons learned in different divisions help project management get better.
