• Organize programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the client.
• Aggregate and present program level data to senior management.
• Ensure that the program meets defined quality standards and KPI?s and that goals are met for client satisfaction.
• Deliver successful program outcomes based on KPIs.
• Lead multiple teams of engineers in the execution and delivery of Data Engineering and Platform Integration initiatives.
• Drive Agile best practices and ensure facilitation of Scrum ceremonies.
• Define portfolio goals, objective and direction.
• Maintain alignment between all stakeholders and engineers.
• Create and track against quarterly roadmaps.
• Ensure programs are meeting quality metrics and overall success criteria and KPI?s.
• Oversee the overall delivery and integration of new platforms and services, including training for support staff, communication to marketing and business stakeholders.
• Employ the practice of Inspect and Adapt to continuously improve on delivery and enhance the organizations capabilities.

• You keep your eye on many items in flight and communicate & escalate issues before they happen. You help the team by looking around the corner so that the team can move forward with very high velocity.
• You are an agile expert. You bring industry best practices to refine strategy and execution. Also, you are a coach to your teams and help the teams get better every iteration.
• Practice Inspect and Adapt to continuously improve on delivery and enhance the organizations capabilities.

To land this role, you should have:

• Minimum of 10 years? experience managing multiple technology projects & programs.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong technical skills and understanding of architecture including ability to articulate architecture details and components about AWS cloud applications and mobile applications.
• Certification as scrum master from SAFe or Agile alliance. Product owner certification is recommended.
• Strong presentation skills to different audiences including Senior leadership and executives.
• Knowledge of and experience working with development teams.
• Ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment.
• Ability to aggregate and present technical data at a program level and communicate to non-technical stakeholders.
• Agile expert and experience in increasing and transforming the maturity, productivity and quality of teams.
• Knowledge about industry best practices, frameworks and tools used in agile program management.
