They are urgently seeking 3x experienced Decision Scientist for the bank on a long-term basis. (1-3 Years)Role BriefThe Decision Scientist is responsible for developing analytics Use Cases, modelling complex business problems, using advanced analytic skills. Also proficient at integrating and preparing large, varied datasets, architecting specialized database and computing environments, and communicating results. Other responsibilities include providing data that is congruent and reliable. The person will need to validate the findings using an experimental and iterative approach. Data should be turn into critical information and knowledge that can be used to make sound organizational decisions, according to the policies and procedures followed within the Bank.The Decision Scientist will primarily work closely and support BICC, Business, Digital teams in areas of Bank?s analytics development activities. He should be a team player with collaborative, user-centric and Agile approach to work. The candidate would be expected to be hands on and preferably from a banking and analytics background.Key Accountabilities1.Partner with teams of business groups, and digital businesses, to develop business analytics use cases, design & deliver high-impact analytics solutions to a variety of business problems spanning product, marketing, customer insights, and risk management2.Structure and analyze major business and customer questions through a hypotheses-driven approach3.Translate business objectives into actionable analysis and own end-to-end analytics, and effectively communicate complex analytics to a broader audience in writing and presentation formats4.Create insightful automated dashboards and data visualizations to track key business metrics5.Be an effective execution as well as thought-partner to clients, being equally comfortable in taking a helicopter-view of business problems as well as get involved in the minutiae of data wrangling and analysis6.Should own and drive the analysis7.Provide actionable recommendation on business/marketing optimizations8.Work with multiple stakeholders, and present insights to leadership
