Job Purpose: Responsible for all administering task and reporting related to DC includes manage all cost liable for DC consumable s and expenses, all data, records, government requirement, licences and employee health certificates and accountable for the assigned petty cash Job Responsibilities: liaise with all functional managers DC for all admin related issues to manage all cost liable for DC. Controlling administrative processes (Eltizam, petty cash, overtime work sheet etc..) Main liaison with labor supplier for all contractual and operational details Review and manage all request and records of consumables across the DC Planning and scheduling of employees for government related subjects Analyzing daily reports with emphasis on productivity, manpower and time utilization Control the operational budget within the department Ensure that all relevant administrative documents are correctly completed and processed in line with company standards and maintain close liaison with the managers across the business to ensure customer satisfaction of the delivery procedure. Availability of consumables and uniformsSkillsEducation + Graduate in any level of administration. Experience, Skills & Competencies + 5 years of experience in similar role + Good people management skills + Sound Analytical skills + Cross Functional collaboration skills + Good WMS Knowledge is preferred Comprehensive knowledge of large DC handling Job Location Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Job Role Distribution Centers
