• Develop data privacy and protection complete framework and ensure it include all required foundations such as operations, procedures, processes , aligned with local and international data privacy regulation
• Define Data privacy risks involving risks resulting from data privacy impact assessment.
• Formulate data privacy impact assessment toolkit
• Conduct DPIA( Data privacy impact assessment) across the organization
• Define the data privacy architecture, data privacy principles and data taxonomy
• Lead the data privacy by design initiative
• Develop various data flow diagrams while working with different organization units
• Develop data privacy related standards, process and procedures
• Support the automation of the Data Privacy and protection through the various tools to ensure DPP framework, processes, workflows are implemented as designed and integration with other components.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of a bachelor?s degree
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Consulting, stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Flexibility to travel
• Fluent in Arabic and English language
• Seven plus years of experience in Data privacy and protection
• Very good knowledge of GDPR standards
• Good knowledge of NDMO and Saudi Data privacy law
• Proven knowledge in performing Privacy Impact Assessments and Gap Assessments.
• Data Privacy related certification are preferred such as CIPP/E, CDPSE
