They are urgently seeking 1x Data Governance & Quality Solutions Lead for the bank on a long-term basis. (1-3 Years)?Role BriefData Governance and Quality is a key aspect undertaken within BICC scope of activities. Data Governance and Quality Solutions lead hence would be responsible for ensuring the governance, cleanliness and trustworthiness of data available within the data warehouse. As a continuous process of improvement, Data Quality function should monitor the quality levels frequently and report into the governance committeeKey Accountabilities1.Analyse and understand the current Data Governance & Quality maturity and define Solutions strategy and Roadmap2.Define solution architecture and implementation options ? Near term and future term3.Effective & regular communication with business and technology stakeholders and solution providers4.Demonstrable understanding of Data Governance practices and methods5.Lead a team of specialists to Create, review, and implement data quality plan using tools like Informatica DQ6.Create and maintain data quality reports and dashboards7.Work closely with data owners and executives to identify critical data elements and prioritize8.Work closely with business & technical data stewards to formulate effective rules9.Work with multiple teams, development and business, to create solutions designed around their needs10.Define and implement strategies to allow for testing of mappings and workflows11.Help define and implement strategies for integration and QA testing12.Advise team members on solution (e.g. Informatica) optimization, and end-to-end implementation13.Continuous analysis of existing solution to provide insight into possible improvements14.Deployment and confirmation of successful deployment to multiple environments.
