Lead and supervise a team of Data Center Technicians which is installing, maintaining and decommissioning network and server hardwareOverseeing the day-to-day operations of the data center, ensuring its smooth functioning and minimal downtime.Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization?s policies and proceduresCoordinate support of change management resources in partnership with electrical and mechanical operations teamsDevelop, improve, and share operational best practices across the region and with peers globallyDeveloping and implementing data center policies, procedures, and security measures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.Monitoring and maintaining data center infrastructure, including servers, networking equipment, and storage systems, to ensure optimal performance and reliability.Planning and executing data center expansion or consolidation projects, including capacity planning and resource allocation.Collaborating with other departments, such as IT, facilities, and security, to ensure seamless integration and coordination of data center operations.Developing and maintaining disaster recovery and business continuity plans to mitigate risks and ensure data center resilience.Managing vendor relationships and contracts for data center equipment, maintenance, and services.Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve data center operations and efficiency.This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage complex infrastructure and personnel effectively.
