Manage and maintain web gateway rules and exception requests on daily basis Must have experience in working with reverse and forward proxy.
Must have team management and customer interaction skills Should have good understanding of Proxy web gateway portfolio.
Have expertise in defining Standard Operating Procedures.
Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
Perform Web gateway Proxy maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning.
Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
Good experience in Incident handling and Information Security background.
Good understanding of networking concepts.
Good understanding of Packet analysis tools (tcpdump, Wireshark, ngrep, etc.)
