We believe that if we have talented and ambitious people who are passionate about innovation, there is no limit to what we can achieve.THE POSITION Customer Value Manager drives XF excellence to ensure delivering exceptional Customer experienceand, responsible on customer engagement tasks, tactics and business analysis within the busniess support function, located in RiyadhTasks & responsibilities

  • Execution excellence: Ensure cascading CEE KPIs to the field force, monitor, analysis the execution and report to OPU management.
  • Ensure field force effectiveness and optimum resources utilization
  • Excellence in In-Market target setting and support the OPU management in alignment with marketing with the relevant analysis to build the national In-Market target.
  • Sales force Incentive Compensation plan
  • Excellence in Veeva data stewardship and field force execution excellence
  • Veeva redness readiness: Ensure proper Veeva setup for all field force, for example user creation, Territory & product Alignment, Hierarchy alignment ,etc. and Veeva training
  • Performance management SOPs governance
  • OPU Samples management
Requirements and Capabilities :
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in pharma industry
  • Minimum 2 years experience in customer relationship management (CRM) / sales effectiveness management
  • Fluency in Arabic and English
  • Saudi market experience is preferred
  • Leadership Skills, Leading without authority, Motivational skills, Team player, Teamwork, Result Orientation, Customer Focus, Driving Excellence and Passion for Performance.
  • Project Management skills / strong Analytical skills / Business acumen.
  • Strong excel skills / strong Power point skills / presentation skills / digital savvy
