Job Description

Our client is a renowned leader in the Consumer Electronics industry, committed to enhancing lives worldwide through innovative design and exceptional quality. As they continue to grow and innovate, they are seeking an experienced Credit Control Executive to join their dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

  1. Verify customer registrations, follow up on renewals, and manage account freezes.
  2. Confirm payment terms and check credit limits in accordance with approved guidelines.
  3. Record journal entries for payments and conduct sales order checks.
  4. Prepare monthly and weekly Accounts Receivable aging reports for the Finance Manager.
  5. Follow up with banks and sales teams to ensure timely collections.
  6. Send monthly statements to customers and reconcile any discrepancies.
  7. Distribute balance confirmation statements within 15 days of each quarters end.
  8. Collect balance confirmations within 60 days of sending.
  9. Reconcile and report final results to the Finance Manager.
  10. Assist with ad hoc reports and support audits and month-end closing entries.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience in accounts receivable or a similar role is preferred.
