Roles & Responsibilities:o Initiate, develop, and implements appropriate lending policies and procedureso Create the credit risk framework from scratch for retail loan portfolioo Modelling in R/Python to develop PD models with skewed datao Using SQL and excel for data extraction and analysiso Monitor and manage the overall credit risko Oversee and provide active management of the FLOOSS credit analysis functiono Ensure maintenance of credit standardso Assist in determining the adequacy of the allowance for loan losseso Primary liaison to examiners, loan review, and external auditorso Building up ofsector/industry wise specialiststo forecastthe economic climates, identify niche areas for creditgrowth, risk mitigation etc.o Maintain high quality credit portfolio in diversified sectors and customer segments along with commensuraterisk-based returns.o Take lead in bringing process changes for faster delivery and customer delighto Work with data scientists on building new score models, and customer profiles.o Build collection models and algorithms that identify customer paying patternso Build credit risk models and experiments on the machine learning and AI platforms.o Build macroeconomic impact to loan portfolio and customer behaviour.o Overseeing the collection, storage, management, quality and protection of data.o Implementing data privacy policies and complying with data protection regulations.o Support Senior Management with consumer risk reporting needso Ensure effective design and oversight of the consumer quality function; identify the scope and prioritize localquality control resources
