As we expand our operations, we are seeking a highly organized and motivated Courier Operations Executive to join our team and contribute to our journey of growth and excellence.:As a Courier Operations Executive, you will play a key role in overseeing and optimizing daily courier operations. You will ensure the efficient processing of shipments, manage the coordination of deliveries, and maintain communication between clients, drivers, and internal teams. Your goal will be to provide exceptional service while improving operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the courier service, ensuring smooth delivery processes.
  • Manage and track shipments, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Coordinate with clients to provide updates on shipments, address inquiries, and resolve delivery-related issues.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and any operational issues.
  • Coordinate with drivers, warehouse, and other departments to ensure all shipments are processed effectively.
  • Resolve delivery-related issues, including delays, missing shipments, and customer inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with operational policies and company standards.
  • Assist in the management of inventory and resources to optimize delivery routes and schedules.
  • Provide regular reports on courier operations performance to management.
