About the job Country ManagerOur client, established 20years back and is classified as a Grade (A) License Contractor by the State of Qatar. Within two decades they have become the country?s first choice for a wide range of landmark building developments. They have a strong reputation of delivering a diverse portfolio of projects in the construction of medium and high-rise buildings and mixed-use developments.These include Construction and Fit-Out of the following:Residential projects, corporate offices, Hospitality, Leisure, Malls, Hospitals, Theme Parks, Sports and recreational facilities.Our client is seeking to hire an experienced Country Manager to oversee their Saudi operations. Minimum of 20 years career experience in Construction Industry with good connections and networks in KSA is required.?Job Summary

  • ?An experienced Country Manager to oversee their Saudi operation. Based in Saudi and reporting to the head office in Qatar, you will have overall responsibility for the growth and profitability of the Saudi operation.Additional responsibilities will include:
  • Full Profit and Loss accountability
  • Developing and implementing strategies to achieve the financial objectives
  • Maximizing business opportunities across the territory by conducting ongoing market research and competitor analysis along with the Business Development Manager.
  • Creating and implementing creative sales strategies
  • Managing all the employees of the KSA office.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key customers
?Qualifications
  • ?Minimum of 20 years career experience with a Bachelor degree in the construction and or related field.
  • Should have worked with a minimum 20 years of experience in KSA and have good connections in the construction field.
  • Bilingual communication skills in both English and Arabic are essential
  • Driving License: Required
