Roles & ResponsibilitiesCounter Sales and Customer Service: Greet walk-in customers, contractors, and MEP clients at the sales counter, handling inquiries and providing prompt, friendly service.Product Inquiries and Quotations: Prepare fast and accurate price quotes for MEP material categories: Black Steel, Galvanized Iron, Stainless Steel, and Cast Iron.Order Processing and Invoicing: Issue price quotes, and generate invoices accurately using basic billing and sales software.Stock Coordination: Coordinate closely with store or warehouse teams to check inventory levels and track customer order fulfillment or dispatch.Relationship Building: Maintain good relationships with regular traders and walk-in customers.Desired Candidate ProfileEducation: Minimum Intermediate Pass. No college degree required.Experience: 0 to 1 years in sales, retail, or counter service. Freshers are welcome to apply; on-the-job product training will be provided. Prior hardware or MEP sales experience is a plus.Key Skills: Good communication, customer service mindset, eagerness to learn technical piping and hardware products, basic computer knowledge. Tally Software knowledge is a plus.Languages: Functional English. Knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a plus.
