Roles & ResponsibilitiesReview and analyze tender drawings, specifications, and project documents to understand scope of works and tender requirements.Perform accurate measurements and quantity take-offs from 2D drawings and BIM models (Revit).Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for all civil items in accordance with project specifications and standard methods of measurement.Build comprehensive accurate cost estimates for each BOQ item.Evaluate technical and commercial proposals from local and international subcontractors/vendors.Identify commercial/technical risks in the tender documents and propose suitable contingencies or value?engineering options to improve bid competitiveness.Maintain an up-to-date database of current market prices for standard materials.Desired Candidate ProfileEducation: Bachelor?s degree in civil engineering.Experience: Minimum 5+ years in civil estimating, with at least 3 years specifically in tendering within the KSA/GCC region.Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and Revit.Preferred: Hands-on experience with estimation software such as CCS Candy.Soft Skills:Communication Excellence: Fluent in English (written and verbal); ability to draft professional technical queries (TQ) and tender clarifications.Deadline Driven: A goal-oriented professional with the ability to manage time effectively, work late and commit to rigid tender submission deadlines.Professional Integrity: A high degree of dedication, taking full ownership of the accuracy and confidentiality of the estimate.
