Role and responsibility :perform daily health check on all applications and recovery procedure .˙2-˙ support 24h/7 days for any urgency production calls on holidays and weekend.3 - attend all systems alerts .˙4- responsible for production deployment .5- coordinate with other internal teams to fix root cause of˙ production issue .˙6- reporting performance of systems and escalating any issue .˙7- maintain logs of all issues and ensure resolution according to quality assurance test for all production process .8- automate any manual work through scripts.9- responsible of disaster recovery activity .10- responsible of any production support activity (Payroll , Holiday , campaign , ..ect)
