Develop different business plan of various distribution channels in order to pave the path for the business growth.
Formulate and recommend appropriate strategies to strengthen business management, cost control and risk management processes of all channels.
Review and present the functional business and financial plan to various management levels for strategic development.
Develop and produce MIS and management tools to motivate staff to achieve high level of performance standard.
Look for opportunities to streamline operations and ensure all customer complaints related are well addressed.
Co-ordinate with different Channel Heads to develop sales and localized activities, including retail onshore and mainland business via cross-border collaboration
Ensure smooth implementation of projects in a Corporate Banking environment.
Provide training & coaching to subordinates.
Understand the relevance and meaning of all relevant bank policies, guidelines and procedures, including but not limited to those related to AML, data protection, code of conduct, internal control, risk management, etc. and fully comply with them.
