Identifies and evaluates the risks to the organization arising from its business activities and provide opinions and viable solutions on the same to senior management
Develops an audit plan in line with SAR?s strategy and defines processes and milestones, to implement the plan as per schedule
Conducts audit assignments in line with the internal audit plan and within the budgeted time, in a professional manner, adopting the best audit practices and appropriate audit techniques
Develops and ensures timely completion of internal audits and preparation of the audit reports for each function
Develops internal audit manuals, policies and procedures and update them periodically to ensure alignment with global and local best audit practices
Evaluates SAR?s internal controls to safe-guard resources and ensures compliance with laws and regulations
Coordinates activities of External Auditors, and potential governmental reviewers
Holds investigations and reports the same to senior management in case of non-compliance or irregularities
