Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Control & Security Officer to join our team. As the Control & Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of our organization and ensuring that all operational functions comply with legal regulations and internal policies. In this role, you will have the opportunity to utilize your expertise in risk assessment, emergency response planning, security system implementation, and control measures. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent decision-making skills, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders.Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and enforce security policies and procedures to safeguard the organizations assets and personnel
  • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities
  • Monitor security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems, and promptly respond to any incidents or alarms
  • Proactively identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions to enhance security protocols
  • Collaborate with external agencies, such as law enforcement and emergency services, during crises or investigations
  • Conduct thorough investigations into security breaches, incidents, or suspected employee misconduct, and prepare detailed reports
  • Provide guidance and training to employees on security awareness and best practices
  • Regularly audit security processes and practices to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Manage and maintain the organizations emergency preparedness plans and coordinate drills and exercises
  • Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices in security control and adjust practices accordingly
