Support the Head of Tendering & Contracts by ensuring approved strategies and objectives are executed by the Tendering & Contracts Department across all projects. The primary responsibilities of the Manager are to engage in projects starting from the feasibility stage, carry out tender process, Contracts drafting, Post Contracts management up to the delivery of project. The Manager is also responsible for implementing the strategies and processes related to obtaining the best quality and service from the Contractors/Consultants at the most competitive pricing through the effective management skills.
