Job Description

˙we are Landscaping Contracting Co., a leading company specializing in Softscape and Hardscape projects. With a strong focus on medium, large, and mega-scale endeavors, we collaborate extensively with government and similar entities to deliver outstanding results. We are currently seeking professional Engineers to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

  1. Project Planning and Design: Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other professionals to develop project plans and designs for civil engineering projects. Ensure compliance with FIDIC contracts, local regulations, and industry standards.
  2. Contract Administration: Manage the administration of FIDIC contracts throughout the project lifecycle. Review contract documents, interpret contractual obligations, and ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions. Handle contractual claims, variations, and disputes, and provide support during project audits and final account settlements.
  3. Construction Supervision: Oversee the construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. Monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
  4. Quality Control and Assurance: Implement quality control procedures to ensure that construction works adhere to design specifications and meet the required quality standards. Conduct inspections, perform tests, and review material certifications to ensure compliance.
  5. Cost Estimation and Budgeting: Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for civil engineering projects. Evaluate project requirements, analyze material and labor costs, and consider contractual obligations to develop cost-effective solutions while adhering to FIDIC contract guidelines.
