Job Description

The Contracts Engineer is responsible for managing and negotiating contracts in the private sector in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. They will be responsible for ensuring that all contracts are in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as company policies and procedures. The Contracts Engineer will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements, and will negotiate terms and conditions with external vendors and suppliers.Responsibilities:

  1. Review and analyze contracts to identify potential risks and issues.
  2. Negotiate and draft contracts, including terms and conditions, pricing, and payment terms.
  3. Ensure that all contract documents are accurate and complete.
  4. Manage contract changes, extensions, and terminations.
  5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve any contract-related issues.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum 1-6 years of experience in contract management or a related field.
  2. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.
