Contract ManagerAbout the role:• This role is an integral role for the delivery of exciting projects in KSA and will be part of the senior project team.• Oversee and ensure adherence to all contractual commitments.• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that contracts align with project goals and timelines, and that any changes or disputes are managed effectively.• Initiate and guide the tendering and procurement process for sub-contractors and major equipment through to contract award.Requirements:•At least 5 years of experience in contract management, with a proven track record of managing complex, large-scale projects.•Strong negotiation skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously.•Contractual management of a variety of project values and complexities•Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.•Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.•In-depth understanding of Saudi commercial law and regulations, with the ability to interpret and apply these to contract management.•Transferable Iqama•Early Joiners with industry experience shall be NEEDED.Location : Riyadh
