Job Description

We are seeking a Contact Center Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. As a Contact Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, answering inquiries and resolving issues through various channels including phone, email, and chat. In this role, you will need to be able to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and have a strong commitment to solving customer problems.Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls, emails and chats from customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues quickly and accurately
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal team or manager
  • Process orders and provide accurate product information to customers
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the company database
  • Participate in ongoing product training and knowledge sharing
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics including customer satisfaction, response time, and first-call resolution
