Job Description

On behalf of a leading Real Estate Development company, we are seeking a Construction Services Director. Based in their Riyadh Head office you will be responsible for planning, developing, and managing all activities related to the construction services department.

  • Closely work with the CTSO to identify and agree on the general strategic objectives of the construction division based on an analysis of the competitive market opportunities, and organizational policies and procedures.
  • Develop and produce the strategic vision of the construction division and take profit & loss responsibilities and accountability for the implementation of agreed plans
  • Manage a smooth transfer of the projects from the construction phase to the operational phase to match the high standards associated with the policies.
  • Set and determines the construction team matrix of responsibilities.
  • Manage and develop the project documents, contracts, budgets, and reports as required.
  • Manage client relationships at a senior level, maximizing client satisfaction and leading problem resolution.
  • Closely working with government relations head to ensure the authorities approval and connection of project facilities and any related issues
  • To execute any task related to the construction services assigned by the top management.
  • Initiate and review the progress payment, Vo?s & PO?s before CTSO approval.
  • Recommend and approve contractors as per tendering policy.
