Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager (Civil Engineer) with a minimum of 10 years of experience to join our project management team for our Projects in K.S.A. If you possess strong leadership and management skills, along with a proven track record in successfully delivering construction projects in K.S.A, we encourage you to apply.Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and manage the overall execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  2. Should have good knowledge and experience in all local authority approvals and its procedures in K.S.A.
  3. Develop project plans, including scope, objectives, and deliverables, in collaboration with stakeholders.
  4. Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  5. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  6. Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking expenses, and controlling expenditures.
  7. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  8. Maintain effective communication with clients, providing regular project updates and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  9. Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
  10. Ensure all project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports, are accurate and up to date.
