Entertainment & Construction Company in Riyadh is requiredConstruction Project Manager the following˙We are looking for a construction project manager with over 5 years of combinedoperational and project experience leading and delivering large-scale and complicatedmultidisciplinary projects within the department. An ambitious and pragmaticindividual with a proven ability to successfully deliver critical projects, ensuring keyobjectives and planned outcomes are achieved. The candidate should possess a strongcommercial aptitude and an in-depth understanding of all aspects of the project lifecycle from feasibility studies to commissioning.Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution,control, and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with companystrategy, commitments, and goals.? Facilitate the definition of the project scope, work with clients to prepare the projectsbusiness case, budget request, and the project charter? Work closely with FM teams during the planning and design stage and conductconstructability reviews? Work closely with the procurement department during the tender stage and facilitatethe answers to any technical queries raised by contractors? Facilitate contractor?s site visit during the bid process? Ensure that the contractor has all contract documents and the most up-to-date as-built drawings? Define project tasks and resource requirements? Supervise all activities of the project and ensure compliance with all plans andspecifications and identify any errors in plans and ensure the optimal working ofconstruction personnel? Evaluate, select, and adapt construction management and control techniques,procedures, and criteria to suit job tasks and devices and implement solutions toproblems encountered? Familiar with FIDIC-type contracts and contract administration, act as theEngineer/Owner representative and respond to contractor?s claims? Use effective project management and control systems to regularly report onprogress to clients and proponents? Act as the primary point of contact for the construction supervision of the projectsbetween the contractor, client.
